Production & Shipping

International orders shipped via USPS First Class but upgrades are available at checkout. Depending on your location we may use DHL or FeEx for shipping method.

Delivery for international orders rages from 1-4 weeks depending on your destination. Once you packaged arrives in your country it may be subject to VAT/Duty taxes or fees. Love It Personalized is not responsible for these fees. We do not collect VAT/Duty fees in our shipping cost. Customers are responsible for settling these charges.

Orders returned due to unpaid VAT/Duties will not be refunded and will be subject to additional shipping fees. We encourage customers to check policies and fees for imported goods in their country.

Majority of our orders are custom made items, created to tell your personal story. Production, is the time it takes for us to complete your order before shipping.

Production times vary depending on order volume, but current production times are posted in the listings and checkout page. 

If you would like for your order to be sent elsewhere, please email us here as soon as the order has been placed, and we will make the necessary updates.

Please note once order is this shipped it can only be rerouted by placing a request directly with USPS.

Delivery times may very depending on your destination. Delivery times are in addition to production time. For current production and delivery estimates please visit our Shipping page.

We ship orders via USPS First Class. If you need your order sooner we offer shipping upgrades at checkout. 

Please note that orders shipping with FREE shipping method are not insured but insurance is available to purchase separately if you wish.

We will send you shipping notification email to the email address provided on the order. 

You can also login to your account and find tracking information in the order history. 


If you have additional questions please email us. Please not we can not foresee or are responsible for delivery delays. 

Although it is rare, sometimes your tracking number will say "Delivered" before your package has arrived.
If this happens to you within 36 hours of the expected delivery, please following these steps:

Check your shipping notification email to ensure your package was shipped to the correct destination.

Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Look around the delivery location for your package. See if someone else in the house accepted the delivery

Request GPS location from you local post office. This will inform you exactly where the package we delivered.

Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for packages returned to our us due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve a package from carrier. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for reshipping of your package.

Placing Orders

Please refer to the options listed on the product page. If you would like additional customization please contact us prior to placing of your order and we will be happy to assist.

If reverse engraving is available, the option will be provided on the product page. Additional charges may apply. 

We are able to accommodate back engraving on most items using our deep engraving process. The cost to add engraving on the back of the item is is $10-1 depending on the item and engraving size. Please contact usprior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

Please email us your custom request along with a link to the product of interest. We will get  email or call you within 24 hrs.

If you have a necklace that is perfect length for you use that as a guide.

Otherwise, use tailor's measuring tape or a string and mark it to the desired length. Lay it out flat and measure with a ruler. Select the chain length closest to your measurement. 

Please notes that horizontal bar necklace length the bar length is included in the total length of the necklace. Necklace may appear shorter when worn.

We offer a multiple finishes and they vary depending on an item. 
Currently we offer the following finishes: 

polished (shiny)

brushed (matte)

satin (lightly brushed, not as reflective as polished items but still maintains shine)

hammered

hammered edge only

oxidized brushed

oxidized hammered

Our shopping cart accepts payment from major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

FAQ

Returns and Exchanges

We are confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way.

We offer returns and exchanges for non-custom pieces. Non-custom pieces must be returned/exchanged within 10 days of receiving your piece(s) (based on USPS timestamp date received). To find out more about how to return or exchange your item please visit our Returns page.

Note: We are currently unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items. 

If your item is unworn, we would be happy to exchange your chain. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order to initiate a different length exchange.

We will only be in touch once the returned items have been received and processed. Please check your delivery status via the tracking number provided by your chosen delivery carrier.

Refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded or be available to be used as a store credit.

If this occurs, we will do our best to sort this out right away.
Please check your order details to ensure that the order was placed correctly with the customization that you chose.

We ask that you please contact us with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item.

We'll send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.
