If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Love It Personalized will accept eligible items for exchange or return according to below guidelines.

We will send an email with return shipping instructions (no refund will be granted without processing a return/exchange request).
We can only accept returns/exchanges for non-personalized items purchased on loveitpersonalized.com. For our styles purchased from Etsy or Amazon, please contact us there directly.
We accept returns for non-personalized items only.
Please ensure that the item is returned in unworn condition with original packaging within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.
Once your return is processed, your form of payment will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you received a personalized item and we made an error we will send a corrected replacement item right away. In order for us to send a replacement we require that you provide an image of the incorrect item. Please email the image to customerservice@loveitpersonalized.com
Love It Personalized will accept items for exchange up to 14 days after receipt. We can only accept exchanges for non-personalized items purchased on loveitpersonalized.com. For our styles purchased from Etsy or Amazon, please contact that us there directly.
If you would like to make an exchange, please submit your request here and we will send an email with further instructions (no exchange will be granted without processing a return/exchange request).
Items received as gifts (purchased on loveitpersonalized.com) may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value, excluding customized and engraved items.
If we made an error when creating your custom, personalized, or engraved item please accept our apologies. We want to make it right and will sent a corrected replacement item right away once you provide us with an image of the incorrect item.

If your chain breaks, we offer replacement up to 60 days from delivery of your order. Please submit a request here.
